These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FreeOnlinePhotobooth ("we," "our," or "the Service"), governing your access to and use of freeonlinephotobooth.com.

By accessing, browsing, or taking photos with FreeOnlinePhotobooth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should cease using our service immediately.

FreeOnlinePhotobooth provides a web-based, in-browser photobooth studio enabling users to capture camera snapshots, apply color filters and vintage textures, draw stickers/doodles, arrange photos into aesthetic strips (such as 4-shot vertical strips or 2x2 grids), and download high-resolution composite images directly to their devices.

The service is offered entirely free of charge, with no required user registration, fees, or hidden payment paywalls.

We strongly respect your digital autonomy and personal memories:

• Full User Ownership: You retain all copyright, title, moral rights, and intellectual property rights in and to every photo captured, generated, or downloaded through FreeOnlinePhotobooth.
• No License Granted to Us: Unlike many social media apps, by generating a photo using our service, you do NOT grant us any license, royalty, or permission to view, store, use, publish, or train AI models on your photos.
• Unrestricted Use: You may print your photo strips, post them on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), use them in scrapbooks, event keepsakes, wedding favors, or commercial creative works.

You agree to use FreeOnlinePhotobooth in a lawful, considerate manner. You agree that you will not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers that place unreasonable strain or attempt denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our web servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or inject malicious payloads or exploits into our web application or content delivery network.
• Use the service to photograph individuals without their informed consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Misrepresent or impersonate FreeOnlinePhotobooth or falsely imply endorsement by our brand.

While you own all your personal photos and output strips, FreeOnlinePhotobooth and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the website itself, including but not limited to the brand name "FreeOnlinePhotobooth", the logo, layout design, visual styling, custom graphics, and software code.

You may not clone, redistribute, or sell the website software as a standalone product without prior written consent from us.

FreeOnlinePhotobooth requires an HTML5-compliant web browser (such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) and a connected webcam or smartphone front/rear camera.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your hardware functions properly, configuring operating system permissions, providing sufficient lighting, and having sufficient local device storage to save generated PNG images.

FreeOnlinePhotobooth is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

Because photos are stored solely in your local browser's volatile memory until you download them, closing the tab before downloading will discard that session's temporary captures. We are not responsible for unsaved photos if you accidentally close your browser window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeOnlinePhotobooth, its operators, creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed twenty-five United States dollars ($25.00 USD), given that the service is delivered to you completely free of charge.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect software improvements, regulatory changes, or new features. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of FreeOnlinePhotobooth following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
